After 6 years working as a software engineer already convinced by Agile principles, I grabbed an opportunity to manage people and engaged myself in this path for 8 years now. I strongly think putting in place a sane environment for people working together goes first, way before trying to optimize any process, and that once it's achieved the rest will improve way faster than you could even dream of. I strive for psychological safety and operational excellence, and am very inspired in these domains by Amy Edmonson and Arnaud Tonnelé.
