We are excited to announce the first Agile Tour Luxembourg conference taking place in the heart of Luxembourg in over 12 years! This year's conference is dedicated to exploring the world of business agility and how it can help organizations thrive in today's rapidly changing business landscape.

Our conference will accentuate “Business agility – and why it matters”. In today's fast-paced and ever-changing business environment, it is essential for organizations to be agile and adaptable to stay ahead of the competition. Business agility is the ability to respond quickly to market changes, customer needs, and emerging technologies.

We will be shining a light on business agility from different angles, covering a range of topics, including agile methods & new work, agile leadership, how innovative organizational design can be a vital driver of agility, and insights into hands- on agile transformations including change management methods like Kanban.

We deep dive & explore the change management method of Kanban, which is a powerful tool for visualizing work, managing flow, and improving collaboration. This approach has been widely adopted by organizations around the world, and we are excited to have experts who will share their experiences and best practices, including great examples from Luxembourg.

Furthermore we touch upon the role of digital tools & digital transformations and how organizations can use the agile mindset and agile leadership to drive transformation.
Speeches showcasing concrete examples of agile transformations and agile practices will complement the day, whilst practice oriented workshops will teach how small tools can play a vital role and enhance your organization's agility and resilience.
